Yoga
Yoga and meditation
Is
The shade where
You
May rest as you will
Beneath the branches
Of the Tree of Life
Next to the flowing, rushing
Waters of the Rivers of Time
I have felt
Consciousness expand
Awareness peak
Like that instant realised
Of Karma and the cycle of re-birth
And death: that feeling of forces
Concataclysmically conjoined
Hope and fear, curse and blessing
All rolled into one: all roads meet here.
