The only race is the one
To regain re-unification
To become, humankind, one race
In the eye of God’s perception
Spent some time
In soup-like sea of subconsciousness
Time stood still and I seemed
To be talking to the void
In the morning’s heat I arose once more
Born like a phoenix from the ashes of love
Brushing aside dreams like spider’s webs from my hair
To have slept so long – ‘Twas but a thousand years
